After-school Chinese Program
Application + Enrollment
Processes
Here are 3 simple steps to get started:
Step 1
Download the After-school Program Registration Forms, fill it out and e-mail it back to us at office@AlamedaMontessoriCH.com.
We will contact you for a simple Chinese evaluation (a few minutes at most). Don’t worry, it is not a scary test. :), but rather this will help us to determine which cohort will best fit your child.
Just like our Montessori classrooms, the cohorts are mixed-age, so they can all learn on their own pace and from one another.
Step 2
If a spot is available for the suitable cohort, we will notify you and proceed to the following enrollment process.
In order to get start, you need to purchase the curriculum/ materials before the first day of class.
The box is for you to keep, however, during the classes, we will be using most of materials inside, so we will list out which items we keep at home, and which items we keep at school.
Step 3
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis. Enrollment is secured after the tuition is received for each month.
Because we run a very small and highly customized program, and our waitlist is usually long, so we ask that if you no longer wish to continue with the program, to please kindly give us at least a 2-week notice.
And that’s it! We will see you in class!
We understand learning a second language can be intimidating. Especially for young children, it is important to ensure the learning experience is fun, engaging and positive. We are excited to be partnerning with our local Chinese Learning Materials company Little Dot Chinese. Our goal is to create a program that is both effective and stress-free; to foster the love of learning, so this learning experience is postive and last a lifetime.
